We’re Recycle Manitoba, a not-for-profit supporting and helping fund household recycling across the province since 2010.
We’re Recycle Manitoba, a not-for-profit organization founded in 2010 to support Manitoba’s household recycling programs and shift part of the costs away from residents and onto the producers of packaging and printed paper.
We fund Manitoba communities up to 80% of the net costs of their packaging and paper recycling programs, including curbside and depot collection and processing, 151 communities as of 2025. We also help communities develop and enhance their programs, provide recycling resources to Manitobans, and promote recycling and waste reduction habits.
We’re funded by the manufacturers, retailers, and businesses that supply packaging and printed paper to Manitobans, obligated by provincial regulations to help fund, improve, and promote household recycling of their materials.
Working together
Together with municipalities, First Nations, parks, and northern communities, we find effective solutions for collection and processing that meet residents' needs and offer educational resources so recycling right is simple.
